Is this a black sex link? Updated pics at 5 weeks old.

She came from my local Ace Hardware where they order their chicks from Ideal. The big comb is just throwing me off. Is this a black sex link pullet or a cockerel from some other breed that got mixed into their order? She is about 3 weeks old. She has A LOT more brown on her than my black sex link i got back in April did, but i know they vary in color.

I dont think its a sex link, at this point it looks more like a partridge rock, but it would be easier to tell in a couple of weeks when its fully feathered.
