Is this a chicken parasite or larvae from something after the fact?

Is this a chicken parasite? I don’t see one that looks like it in my chicken health book. They’re moving a bit. Very small.

I’ve got panacur aquasol which I think is fenbdazole - so maybe not amazing for tapeworms? I’ve emailed the vet I got it from to find out.
Expensive Stuff! Panacur Aquasol is designed to go in the flock's water to treat Roundworms, Cecal worms, and Hairworms.

Praziquantel is the product you want to use to treat Tapeworms.
looks like Tapeworm Proglittids. You are in the US, so you will want to use Praziquantel to treat them.
