Yes, it appears to be a Frizzle Cochin. His foot feathering is sparse, but ok.

It looks like a cochin frizzle but with the foot feathering not being that great I would bet it it crossed with something.

Thanks I am trying to find out more about him.He got put in with the sikies today,I can`t believe he is so aggresive as little as he is,he chased the big white silkies around and they were sacred of him and stayed in the coop for a long time afraid to come out.

Yes he is. I wouldn't say he's a cross from the foot feathering, just not show quality. I've got some hatchery ones that aren't much different looking.

Looks like a cochin crossed with a silkie that is frizzled. I have many that look just like that. Some of mine have more crests like silkies and some don't. Yours have the blue legs like a silkie. A sizzle.
