Is this a Cockerel?

Mystery bird! I ordered 10 Asian black pullet chicks from Hoover’s Hatchery. One turned out not to be an Asian Black. However I’m not sure if it’s a barred rock or a black sex link cockerel?? It did not have the white head spot as a chick so br?? I don’t have another to compare it to but I’m thinking boy..?? It’s 4 weeks old.
