No...he/she is laid back.

I'd say a pullet, then. There is not much of a "walnut" like comb and she doesn't have streamers. Cockerels have an upright stance and this pullet doesn't. I could be wrong though, since he/she is only 2 months old. You will really be able to tell what gender he/she is when he/she is 4 months old, but for now I'm going with pullet.
