Would you pay $70.00 for this? Price at Lowe's is $224.00. The kennel is only 8 months old. It's in great condition!

Edit to add: forgot to add that the measurements are 7 1/2' x 13' x 6'

I went over to the guy's house on yesterday and saw it and I told him that I wanted it. But I always have to check with BYC'ers first and run it by you all to get your opinion. I will get it. He was nice enough to offer to deliver it to my house. I think I will be getting it this weekend. I want to turn it into another chicken pen and use it for a roosting pen only. They will go in at night and I will let them out in the morning to go into their open area to free range. Not sure how I will fix the top for coverage. Any ideas would be appreciate. I have over 100 chickens, so I'm running out of roosting areas.
