Is this a Marans chick? Updated with Pictures

I bought 10 chicks from a feed store (my uncle owns) about 4 days ago. I haven't had a chance to call them back, he's such a silly guy that I never feel I get a straight answer anyway so I thought I would ask you guys. I lost my reciept that he wrote down the breeds on. He said these ones lay chocolate color eggs. I remember him writing Coco M.... That is all I can remember on these ones. The other 2 breeds I think I have figured out. These 3 little chicks are black with splotches around the eyes/head & top of head is a dark rich brown. Ok I studied them more, 2 of these have the brown head & one doesn't.

I have 2 EE chipmunk colored, 3 possible Marans & 5 Silver Lace Wyandotte.

He probably meant Cuckoo Marans (there is always an 's' at the end).

I'd say yes, they are cuckoo marans, with the barring starting to show up in the wings and it looks by the pics that they have pink legs and not yellow.
