IS THIS A PIP OR ZIP?? HELP!!!

This chick has pretty much been in this position for quite a few hours now. He JUST made the hole a TINY bit bigger. But is this just a pip and no worries? Or is it considered a zip now and time to be worried? It's not yelling. It is chirping some. Please help in case I need to act. Thank you

It's a pip hasn't started unzipping perfectly normal, give the little guy some time to rest

this most recent hatch I had a bunch of them make a secondary pip and then it was half an hour for the fastest one and a few hours for the slower ones to actually start zipping. give her a bit more time.

Thank you Lord! This is my first attempt at incubating and 12 already hatched all just like i read, but this one started getting me worried. Thank you SOOO much!!!!!

Here is my brood so far. I pretty much have either yellow or black so I don't remember the exact chick that hatched out of that egg but it did hatch happy and healthy At this point I have 18 hatched out of 33-35-can't remember exactly. So here is a pic of 16 of them, #17 and #18.
