Is this a Polish or another breed? It is different then all my other Polish

    Yes they are silver laced polish. Beautiful chickens aren’t they?

    Not sure how old these are but the ones with the stringy feathers on top of head rather than nice and rounded are ur roos.

    Males have a slightly crazier "rock star" head poof than the females do because of the nature of male feathering. Is that what you're noticing?

    Yes the head feathers and the coloring. He is more white then my other silver laced polish so I wasn’t sure. Thank you!

    The pattern does tend to be a bit messier on the males although it's usually darker rather than lighter. Those feathers are a giveaway on his sex, through, and he has some molting yet to do.
