Is this a RIR? What kind of quality??

There is the bird in question. I don't own her, she is one of the birds owned by an acquaintance who claims to breed showquality RIRs. I can't personally keep any more in my flock, just asking for his sake

It is possible that she's pure, but she has a a lot of flaws and of those flaws they make me think that she might be a cross or just poorly bred one in particular is that she has White Legs.
Is she show quality, I don't think so.

Yeah the legs look white, but it could be the photo. My biggest issue is her tail. Way too high angled and prominent. Otherwise it is sort of hard to say, but she is certainly better than your run of the mill hatchery Rhode Island Reds
