Is this a roo? If so what is he?

One more for me. Then I will quit bugging you all. For some reason my father in law thinks this is not a roo. But I think he is. I have no idea what is either. I'm thinking maybe a EE? mixed with some feather footed breed of chicken. He/she is around 5 months old.

Yes that is a roo, and looks like a EE too.

I have no idea why the first picture is so big. I can't fix it either. I have tried bunch of times.

That looks like an Olive Egger roo to me. Perfect Marans leg feathering, beard and whatnot of EE, and the yellow legs may have come from EE blood.
