Is this a rooster? he is very mellow if he is.

    He doesn't crow..... Is that yet to be?? He's also afraid of my 2yro hens.

    Yep, male. The white and black bird to his right looks to be a rooster as well.

    Yes the one to the right crows NON STOP. We were hoping this mellow one was a hen in roosters clothing!

    That's definitely a rooster. He may not be crowing because he is the subordinate rooster, whereas the other is dominant.

    100% cockerel. As Wyandottes7 stated, he probably just isn't crowing because the non-stop crowing white bird is dominant over him.
