Is this a Rooster or a hen??? it was sold to me as a hen pullet....

I am starting to think the barred rock is a wifey and not a bosom buddy...

The black and white chicken in the pic is a barred rock hen. The dark chicken that is focused on most of the time is a rooster, but he is not a barred rock rooster. I can't really tell from the lighting what he is, but he looks pretty.

Should I just keep them together in their own coop, since they just fight with the other hens anyway???...

Can you explain what it is about the RIR that is obviously rooster? I'm new to chickens and am still learning, i would have guessed pullet close to laying.

Can you post picture on here. (Not the youtube thing) preferable ones of her out in natural light.
There is time that it looks like a hen and others it looks like a rooster.
