Is this a rooster or hen? Buff Orpington (24? wks old)

I bought this as a 12 wk pullet, but it's looking very roosterish to me. It think it's about 24 or 25 weeks old now. It hasn't laid an egg or crowed.


I can't keep a rooster in our neighborhood so I'd like to find a new home before it starts crowing and my neighbors complain, but I want to be sure first! Thanks!

That's a roo! Notice the tail and saddle feathers.
