    from this picture, i can't really tell what color the comb is but if its a darker color like red than its most likely a rooster, but if its a lighter color like a pink shade than its probably a hen. but with that much comb at three weeks, its probably a rooster.

    ya its got to be a too now that i think about it. The comb is way to big for 3 weeks.
