Is this a roster or a crowing hen?

Hey everyone so I just got this chicken a few weeks ago from someone and it has recently started attempting to crow. It doesn't sound like a full crow but I don't know and my for sure chicken is definitely dominate over the new one. Here is a picture and I can link to a video of it crowing if needed. Thanks in advance.

That is definitely a cockerel, no room for doubt.

Cockerel. Only males have those long, pointy feathers handing down in front of the tail.
