Is this a Turkey egg?

    I spotted this one in the forest today, it's not like any of the other chicken eggs, when I google Narragansett eggs a whole heap of different colours come up, but this one is definitely speckled. Betty is coming up to 8 months of age so it makes sense. But just wondered your opinions!

    Because of the shape and the dark color, it looks like a jumbo chicken egg to me, probably a double yolker.

    Definitely not a turkey egg. It is an odd color. Turkey eggs are white, off white with varying degrees of speckling.
