I have a Cuckoo Marans hen that lays a double-yolked egg at least once a week. Is it just because of genetics? Should I be worried? She's acting normal...

How long has she been laying for? It's very common for younger hens to lay a lot of double-yolkers.

Since February, so she's pretty new. However, have a Barred Rock that's the same age, and I've only gotten two or so double-yolkers from her.

All hens lay differently. I have one who used to give us double yolkers all the time, another one not so much. I wouldn't worry about it, if she seems healthy. :)
