Is this blackhead

Turkey seemed fine yesterday. Was weak when i left them out this morning. Went to feed them 2 hours later and he had died. 3 month old broad breasted turkey. Adding pic of liver. Also would it be safe to eat him? Thanks.

Can you post pictures of the intestines too?

Edited to add:
If it had blackhead, which I think it did, it probably also had a secondary E. coli infection, so I would have to guess that eating him might not be safe.
