Is this blood in poop?

Hey there, I’m a new chicken owner. Kind of a gross question, but I’ve noticed one of my hens pooping like this once or twice the last couple of days. Is this blood or just something normal? It doesn’t seem dark enough to be blood, but I want to be sure.

How old is the bird that this belongs to? To me it looks like normal intestinal shedding.
