is this RIR rooster or hen I got it tagged at the fair as A hen but now im having my doubts bt he doesent crow like the others

i have some red's the pictures arent great but i would say roo, even if hes not crowing it might be cause you another roo? if you do sometimes they will hold off if they arent the "king" or alfa roo in the flock
