Is this bullying???

Hello all,
I just saw this wound on the back of one of my chicks. Normally they don't seem to mess with eachother. Or is she pulling out her own feathers? Also, is there anything I can put on it so it heals faster? Should I separate her from the rest while she heals? First time chicken owner, thanks for the help!

Also, I noticed one of my chick's tail feathers look odd, like some of the actual feathers are missing...

What are they eating? If they're not getting enough protein the will pick feathers off each other.

What are they eating? If they're not getting enough protein the will pick feathers off each other.

They are eating chick starter, and they have started to go outside for a few hours everyday. They will be moving to the coop in the next 2 weeks. I also bought them a chick stick the other day that is now almost gone.
