Is this Bumblefoot?

From perusing other posts on this site, it definitely looks like Bumblefoot to me, but I'd prefer some confirmation.

It's my mom's rooster and she says his foot has been getting progressively worse. It's been going on for quite a while. He rarely puts it down and hops everywhere.

Otherwise, he seems pretty healthy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you get a picture of the actual bottom of the foot - there should be a black dot, or a little “kernel” in the center of the pad. The first pic I think I can see it. The foot appears to be very swollen, so I’m going with yes, this is an advanced case. What are the bedding / coop and run floor that you use? Summoning experts.

I'll get a photo of the bottom of the foot pad in a few hours when the sun comes out.

At night, he sleeps on the roost which is a plywood platform. No bedding on that, but the bedding on the actual coop floor is a thin layer of pine shavings.

He's free range so he's mostly moving around on bare dirt.
