is this Cuckoo Marans a rooster?..i fixed it missprissy...;o)

..he just looks differant then my other 2 Cuckoo's..his legs are a yellow color....the other two's legs are a slate color..his comb is also a bit larger....in picture #1 is the suspect rooster.....#2 i think a pullet?...picture #3 is them standing by each other..so you can see the differance in the leg color...i got them all from the same batch of chicks..they are about 16 weeks old..thanks...Wendy

It's probably mixed because of the leg color.

so...could it still be a hen then?...i had to re-home one already..it definatly was a roo...a month ago his comb was huge!..lol....and now this one has me confused...with the bigger comb..and differant color legs...

cuckoo marans have slate legs,
barred rocks have yellow legs...
the first to me looked like a pullet the second looked like a roo...
im just judging by their faces...
i have a cuckoo marans that looks like the first pic facewise and the second pic colorwise
but im no expert
i hope some others answer you questions

It looks just like my BR pullet. Just a guess though, I'm not an expert.

Pic 1 looks like a BR. In the second post that 1st one looks like a cuckoo marans.

I am guess both are pullets.

A marans cockeral is usually noticably lighter in color.
