Is this egg fertile?

Hello chicken friends!

I'm new to hatching/incubating and I can't tell with the eggs as far as fertility goes. I've got a very chill silkie rooster in with some standard sized hens. They all get along as a flock, but I haven't witnessed any "action" so to speak.

Everyone I've polled in my family is split on whether the eggs look fertile or not. We're total amateurs!
