Safe to eat, hard to remove all the blood.....and you won't notice if scrambling or mixing into something else.
It is called a blood spot, happens when a blood vessel breaks as the ova is released from the follicle. Not an issue unless it's happens constantly with large ones like you have there.
I have had birds that had small blood spots in every egg.
