My hen Rosey was reluctant to lay her egg in the coop this morning so i got an egg out of the fridge and put it in the nest to see if that would help her. It did she laid her egg. My question now is, is the egg I took out of the fridge since it got warm ok for us to eat or not?

Yes, eggs last for weeks unrefrigerated, months refrigerated.
If you are worried about it cook it and feed it to your chickens.
