Eyeworm can be seen in the eye. They are thin, white in color, 1/8" long. Most likely it's a respiratory problem.

Tylan injectable is more potent than duramycin, less withdrawal period as well. Denagard treats mycoplasma diseases but without a confirmed MG/MS diagnosis, tylan would be best in this instance. If you can, put a warm compress on the eye to draw out mucus/infection, a couple of times a day for several days. Then a little neosporin in the eye might help after using the warm compress.

I think the Tylan dosage for bantams is 1/4 ml daily for 3-5 days, but for a tiny serama, I would probably give 1/8 ml. 1/2 ml is the usual dose for up to 5 lb, and 1 ml for over 5 lb.

Did he ever recover? I'm having same or similar issue with mines. Any help would be appreciated!
