Is this fowl pox?

I noticed a day ago this spot on my 4 month old d’Uccle’s comb. Is this fowl pox? I have 21 in my flock and so far do not see spots on any others. I am thinking about vaccinating for fowl pox now. Is it too late? Should I remove him from the flock?

Looks like possible fowl pox. It's a virus transmitted by mosquitoes. It has to run it's coarse, & he'll be immune for life. I think the coarse of the virus runs 3 weeks.

It is too late late to vaccinate this one if it is fowl pox. But you can vaccinate the others if they don not have any lesions. Usually, there will be more than one lesion. It may or may not be pox. The lesions look flesh colored, then will turn brown or dark brown. Here is some reading:
