Is this henpecking??????

I noticed today that one of my hen is missing all the feathers off the back of her neck! Now I never had problems with any of them
pecking each other. I only have four right now and they have plenty of room in their coop. I know its winter and we all have a little cabin fever going on. Is that what this is????? She looks alright overall just the back of the neck. Any help would be appreciated.

Molting is supposed to start on the neck. Lots of pics of molting birds on here -- there was even a contest recently for the worst looking molting bird. It's also a bit unusual for a place to get pecked or for them to pull feathers off each other.
