If it's as young as it looks in the picture, it's definitely a boy.

Do you know what type of comb it has, do you have a picture of the comb close up? From what I can tell by the picture the comb looks like a Rose comb.
If it has a Rose Comb then I would say that it is a cross and not a Brahma.

As for the gender I would say it is a young Rooster.
