Ha, Ha! I like the not sure part. Maggie's last baby fooled me and I thought it was a pullet almost until the time he started to crow! I'm for a girl this time. I just had to sell 4 roosters that Maggie hatched, can't I please have a pullet this time????????

Ok, it's been positively determined. I heard crowing this morning, you know, that "new crow" that is quite unrefined. I know it was not Harvey, so it had to be the chick. When I went outside and opened the coop door he was sitting on the roost next to Maggie, his mother, saying "cheep, cheep, I am still a baby, cheep". I'm not buying it. He's a boy! I have a houseful of family right now but I will post pictures later. All I can say is "Damn".
