Is this moulting?

Hello guys I was thinking of breeding this roo to a hen but now I've read that you don't breed chickens that are in "moult". This is my first time having a rooster and a hen per se because I've only raised cornish crosses that don't live up to 2 months or so. Can somebody tell me if my roo is indeed "moulting"? Also, can someone pls post pics of "moulting" chickens coz honestly I have no idea what "moulting" looks like. Thanks in advance

Doesn't look like molting to me. Google "molting chickens" and look through the images.
