What kind of medicine are you using? You should be using Corid (herbals don't help once you have an overgrowth of coccidia).

Can you get amprollium, toltrazuril, or a sulfa antibiotic? Those are 3 drugs that can be used to treat coccidiosis in poultry. I have never heard of using sulfur for coccidiosis. Did you have a vet or some other confirmation that your dead hen has coccidiosis? Was she also 2 months old or grown? What are the symptoms that you are seeing?
