Is this normal when feathers start to come in?

New chicken momma here. I am wondering if it's normal for chicks to get bald spots when their feathers start to come in, and if new feathers look like what's in these pictures. This baby girl looks like she is going bald on her shoulders, and the feathers almost look like how dogs' and cats' fur looks when heavily infested with fleas. I don't see any bugs on her. Does this look normal?

Yeah, she is fine. Just wait until they get into the teenage stage! I get the small worries though! Nothing is wrong until it is! Always better to be safe than sorry.
