is this normally seen in feathers for a f1 mottled gene expression?

My baby chick Mabon is now 3 weeks old! hurrah! I have had questions about the dad for quite awhile. I only have one female silver laced wyodette. My rooster choices are between two breeds. One is a welsummer rooster and the other is a mottled breed. I really am curious as to what she is! Any help is appreciated!

Her legs have pigment. Her (i think its a girl) disposition is very trusting and loving and i'm thrilled with her already. With the other chicks they panic and do not trust, she will allow me to lay her on her back, spread her wings, pet her head... and she just falls asleep however i hold her. She so many hours in my poofy coat jacket that she has her own special pocket :) She actually is there as i type!

These are some photos of her feathers coming in. I am thinking she is part silver laced wyodette and has a mottled dad!

    What do you think?!

    Thank you All!

I think so. It takes a while for the black and white plumage to form.
