Is this pigeon pox? Please help!

I found this pigeon in the bushes today nearly dead. Was able to give him some water through an eye dropper and revive him, then eventually he drank a little on his own with help. He won't eat or drink by himself, and I'm wondering if these scabs over his eyes are pox. If so what can I do and if not any ideas?

Kinda looks like fowl pox, if it is it will run it's course in about 6 weeks total without any intervention.

Thanks for the reply. I tried feeding him some rice mash with a pinch of salt and sugar for electrolytes yesterday as he is too week to eat on his own. Any ideas?

Be sure the bird is warm enough, resting in a quiet location and double check hydration. Best wishes!

How is the bird doing? You could try feeding some peas. (Use frozen peas - thawed) This would provide hydration as well as nutrition while he/she is ill.
