Is this plant poisonous to goats!?

I am getting goats and am wondering if this plant is poisonous to them? I live in the thumb of Michigan and they seem to be everywhere! I dont know the name so any info would be great!

It looks like Trilium. You could research what variety grows in your area, but I think the roots and berries are toxic, though I don't know how toxic -- ie, if it would cause the goats any trouble if they nibbled them.
