Is this plant toxic to ducks?

Normally my ducks won't go near it but I just witnessed one eat some leaves for the first time.

Not sure - how is the duck? Sometimes I put a teaspoon of food grade activated charcoal in their water if I am concerned about them having eaten something toxic. The Duck Forum may also be a good place to post.
