Hello we recently bought 4 hens from Craigslist and I'm a bit surprised at the looks of their droppings. My two hens that I already had have always had "formed" poos like the second pic but already least one of the new hens (I have no way of knowing if it's one or already tell four have runny ugly greenish yellowish yucky poo. My two original hens get kitchen produce scraps plus scratch plus free range I don't know what the others were fed befor now. I have them all locked in the coop/run not free ranging until I feel the 4 new hens know where to come home to already at night.
