Is this poop bad?

I took pics (Sorry) because it smells terrible

and seems very runny. Our 1 week old Mille chick has this. It eats regularly and drinks, and runs around. None of the other chicks have this yucky poop! I looked at the poop link and it doesn't look lilke anything on the page. It is also eating medicated feed. Anyone seen this before?

It looks like a cecal poop to me, which is a smelly poop that normally occurs about every seventh poop, I have read.
