Yep, undoubtedly a pullet!

Not sure if it's the best place to look, but I see individuals trying to rehome young cockerels all the time in this section. Maybe you'll find one in your area.

Im trying to find one around 20 weeks old but if i cant.... Would there be an issue if I ordered and raised a day old male chick? If I order a male I assume I can put it with the hens at 4 weeks old?

No, They need to be roughly the same size to be put together. Older hens and young cockerels don't mix.

Check your local Craigslist. I see roosters of all ages on there all the time.
