Is this rooster a Buff Orpington or a Buff Rock?

So this friendly handsome fella was given to use last night and I have no idea what breed he is. He's around 10 months and roughly 6 pounds, but he is a bit thin. Any guesses on his breed?

That would be the best news for him! My mother plans on buying a few more Buff Orpington hens to start breeding Buff Orpingtons and we don't have a rooster yet.

Or possibly peck marks. There are two hefty cockerels in the background that have guilty faces.

Maybe...although they could have guilty faces because they at all the mealworms.
OP said the rooster was only gifted to them last night, and the wounds look older.
