Is this rooster a cream legbar?

Hi all! Do you think this rooster looks like a cream legbar? He was the neighbour’s rooster who decided he liked our property more and they wanted to get rid of him so we kept him. They said he was a barred rock, but looking at photos online he looks way more like a cream legbar to me. Let me know what you think!

That poor thing! It's hard to tell when he's been absolutely plucked or maybe has a mite/lice problem. Likely mixed breed but potentially Legbar but again it's hard to tell. Is he crested?

I guess he could be but if he is he's not a quality one.
I'd be more likely thinking a legbar cross. IDK

I can’t tell what color he is from the photo, can you get a closer one that shows his feather color?

I know, I should’ve mentioned that. Part of the reason we kept him is because he looked in such rough shape. We’re now trying to treat him and yes he is crested.
