Is this Silkie a Hen or Rooster

I am quite confused about a recent prize winning silkie chicken that i purchased. It hasn't laided any eggs and it has spurs. But dosent look like my other silkie which is a Rooster i think.

Can someone please help.

They are both roosters, but the second is a MUCH better type than the first. The first one has a very little "topknot" and his comb is much too big. Congrats-the second one is a very handsome boy!
