Is this silkie a roo?

I'm far from the silkie expert but form what I've seen with mine. I'll say roo and he was just taking credit for the egg. Maybe doing the rooster thing and guarding it?

My silkie roo (my avatar) was 5 months in that picture. You guy has a much bigger comb and wattles then him. My girls have next to nothing for combs and wattles now at 9 months.
 
Oh and another question, if he was a boy, would he be trying to mount my silkie who is definitely laying? Because I have not seen that at all

That's what I'm worried about! The combs and wattles really are so large, and only grew his large in the last month.
