Is this silkie a rooster or hen?

Silkies are notoriously the hardest chicken breed to sex. Are you able to get more pictures, including at least one nice profile shot of the chicken standing on it's own? This way we can see the stance, and the back and tail feathers.

ETA: Also, do you know how many weeks old s/he is?

He/She is 18 wks. The smallest of four chickens, yet the boss.

The small, swept back crest (which looks to have streamers developing off the back) makes me think its a cockerel. But, its young and Silkies are hard to sex.

I am leaning towards cockerel as well, sorry. But Silkies are tough. If it were me, I'd keep it a few more weeks, just to be sure.
