Is this White Leghorn going to be a Rooster or Hen?

Hi All!
This one is around 14 weeks. The comb is very small but turning reddish. Pullet or cockerel?

Thank you @Gray Farms and @Outpost JWB !!! That's a relief. I already have 2 roosters and a probable 3rd.
Another question (I'm an obvious newbie) can I keep more than one rooster without problems? Or would they need to be separated?

It depends on how much space you have and how many hens you have. And the roosters themselves as well. Also the breed is also in play, some breeds get along very will with multiple roosters together. Roosters that are siblings and grow up together tend to get along. Two roosters in general would require at least 100 sq feet of space and at least 5 hens each.
