Is this White Silkie a Rooster or Hen?

Okay so these 4 month old silkies are poor quality from tractor supply. I love them to death but this one is a mystery to me. The wattles are longer then the other silkie hens, yet shorter then the other silkie roosters. The hair on the top of its head is slicked back like a rooster would be... but the other silkie hens also have slicked back hair like a male would. Anyones thoughts? The first picture posted is the unknown gender. The 2nd and 3rd picture are examples of it's hen and rooster siblings. As always, thanks for your help!!

I'd say its a cockerel, heavy built as it is.
