I have a 2 week old silkie that is turning its head all the way around to its back, really freaky. Will also go around in circles? Is this wry neck? If so what can I give it for medicine?

Offer the chick water with vitamins and electrolytes. I use Poly-vi-sol (no iron) diluted in water and given with a dropper. I just let the drop touch the chick's beak and he will take it in.

I think it;s wait and see. I had a roo like that for a few months, he came out of it, then died. It was alot of care. A year later, I had one chick born and get wry neck. I euthanized it.

My roo did walk backward circles. I had to teach him how to eat and drink again, while I was spoon feeding him . It was so sad.

We had a Whyandotte chick with wry neck, the poor thing didn't last through the night.
If your chick does I suppose that will be a good sign.
    Keep us posted.
